Attended Northam Primary School, passed 11 plus, and attended BGS from 1962-66. Achieved City and Guilds Diploma for Colour TV Servicing at Plymouth College of Technology.
Ran my own TV rental and repair business from Northam Square for 10 years until taking over from my Father, Alan, as Subpostmaster of Northam until “Retirement” in 2012.
Married Angela Blatchford in 1974, Sara and Nick born 1977 and 1979, Grandchildren Finlay, Jai and Daivey followed and eventually prompted our move to Evesham to experience More Family Adventures!
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at BGS., especially the sport. Have since enjoyed competitive GOLF, Volleyball, Tenpin Bowling and Table Tennis.
No regrets from our relocation but will always enjoy popping down to North Devon for an “Catch Up”!
